Meridian Miranda is a unique residential precinct that blends private and affordable housing options. The development spans two residential buildings, 50 percent of which have been purpose-built as affordable housing for essential key workers.
The quality of the design was the driving factor, with an emphasis on space, finishes and detail from the outset. With views to Georges River in the distance and Miranda Park to the north of the site, the two residential towers are curvaceous in form, following the contours of the land, with Meridian literally ‘veiled’ in greenery.
These curvaceous lines commence at the point of arrival in the two lobbies and extend through the buildings, with the in situ concrete buildings expressed both vertically and horizontally. Each building offers terraces and roof gardens, carefully crafted as a series of outdoor rooms that include multiple options for entertaining, or simply taking in the impressive view.
