Castle Hill is a green Sydney suburb, the character is shaped by tree canopies and lush gardens. Adjacent to the project is the historic Garthowen House which, when built, was surrounded by orchards.
There are four elements that make up Grand Réve:
The Garden
A dramatic series of landscape rooms with different characters for various events and to suit the different seasons. There are areas for children, active spaces and rooftop gardens.
The Base
The brick base is a unifying form and is representative of the Sydney suburban vernacular. The brick is laid in different forming ornate that catch the play of light and shade. The base is designed to be open air with weather-protected corridors and integrated gardens.
The Towers
Above the base are the two towers. They are light in colour and designed to be sculptural elements, with soft-rounded corners the form is more feminine while responding to the spaces within and the views beyond.
The Apartments
Grand Réve has a broad range of apartment types to suit a wide demographic. There are small studios, 2-level maisonettes, terrace apartments with larger outdoor spaces and penthouse sky-residences.
