The creation of the new waterfront esplanade is at the core of the design. The proposal is a mixed use hub 500m from Norwest Metro station and within an existing network of pedestrian paths interlinking the fast growing community of Norwest.
Above the Ground Level waterfront restaurants and retail precinct are three levels of strata offices with water views and wintergardens, extending their use throughout the year. Above the offices sit a large landscape podium that provides a wide variety of facilities for active recreation as well as quiet areas. These facilities include an outdoor cinema, pool, gym, Function room, wine cellar, club room, barbecue and dining area. Above this sits 252 apartments, creating a truly integrated Live Eat Work & Play environment.
