The site is located in North Ryde within the curtilage of Morling College and comprises 196 apartments and retail unit in a 23-storey building.
Three architectural languages have been deployed to respond to different elements of the building.
The podium is typified by a white horizontal ribbon that forms balustrades and spandrels. The strict linearity is broken by the introduction of projecting bay windows, and deep incisions over multiple storeys. A 2-storey jump scale is included at the ground level to provide a more civic scale to the street.
The tower forms are wrapped in a singular language comprising expressed white slab edges at every other level, connected in a lattice of white protruding mullions that shift on alternating levels. The tower to the northern corner reaches down through the podium to announce the building entry.
The northern facade is characterised by a flat glazed facade with linear glazed balconies that slide across the surface of the facade. These are notched in plan similar to the breaks in the podium.
The top level is predominantly recessed with a floating angled roof form to provide a dynamic silhouette to the skyline.
