This proposed development forms part of Parkland Estate Masterplan Stage 3 located in Cudgegong Road / Rouse Road, Rouse Hill NSW and immediately adjacent to Tallawong Metro station.

The characterisation concept is based on the growth of the Lotus flower which drives the variance in colour and facade articulation. The external building elevations are coloured in earthy tones reflecting exterior of the flower bud. The façades open to the internal courtyard revealing bright and intensive colours and assist to produce a vivid and interesting landscape space.

The proposal compromises two buildings ranging from 5 to 7 stories, a U-shape building and a linear building with a courtyard enclosed with communal amenities which are proposed to enhance the active public domain. The whole masterplan provides additional community building, playground and sport facilities for residents.
