Hornsby West is located on a prominent site to the south of Hornsby Park and will a form gateway to Hornsby Town Centre. This mixed-use development consists of two residential towers rising to a total of 21 and 11 stories.
The towers sit atop a podium comprising basement parking, supermarket, street level retail and strata office units.

The site occupies a street block with streets on three sides. The podium incorporates existing heritage buildings to re-establish the historic scale of the street block. To the north the podium presents an open retail arcade leading to a centrals landscaped plaza that overlooks Hornsby Park

The north south-orientation of the towers affords excellent solar amenity and the staggered height of the towers permits excellent views over Berowra Valley National park to the north and west for the majority of units.
Both of the towers have extensive roof terraces with a range of outdoor amenities including swimming pool, gym, landscape and barbecue areas.
The podium materials reference the heritage context with the use of patterned brick and sandstone. In contrast tp the solidity of the podium the towers have light toned palette with extensive balcony areas.
