The creation of the new waterfront esplanade is at the core of the design. The proposal is a mixed-use hub 500m from Norwest Metro station and within an existing network of pedestrian paths interlinking the fast-growing community of Norwest.
Above the Ground Level waterfront restaurants and retail precinct are three levels of strata offices articulated as an individual building element. The office’s tenancies have been designed to avail of water views wherever possible. All of the waterfront offices have balconies that also function as winter gardens – extending their use throughout the year. The balconies are arranged in an alternating arrangement of in-board and out-board balconies that animate the façade giving a distinctive expression. These balconies are treated like outdoor rooms with high-quality finishes, and they have outdoor meeting and dining facilities. The combination of offices and outdoor spaces will provide a unique work environment for future occupants. The offices share an entry Foyer with tower A. This double-height entry foyer is located at the end of the covered lane, and along with 252 apartments above creates a truly integrated Live Eat Work & Play environment.
