Client
Bluestone Property Group Pty Ltd

The understated sophistication of Woolooware Bay has been found by creating a sympathetic response to the beautiful natural surrounds. Woolooware Bay’s stunning local environment, rich history and scenic outlook provided great foundations for inspiration.

Key pillars which informed the design process include plenty of natural elements such as water, the movement of which influenced the lighting and screening effects. We also referenced the hues of the sky to inject colour and emotion into built spaces and looked at the local vegetation and the way it adds new life and enhances the senses. The use of natural stone adds depth and texture while timber adds warmth and familiarity to humanise the spaces. Essentially we sought to take the best qualities of a single dwelling home and recreate them in a multi-home composition, enabling buyers to have the best of both worlds.
