The site is part of the greater Precinct Area 20 within the Blacktown LGA anticipated to deliver approx. 2500 new dwellings and 6400 residents.
Following amendments to the Growth Centres SEPP the Area 20 plan was developed which made provision for the proposed North West Rail Link corridor affecting the site, Tallawong Station and an associated village centre complementing the future surrounding residential use.
Cudgegong Town Centre is the local village centre incorporating a mix of residential, retail, and community uses, open space and recreational offerings.
The development comprises 8 buildings ranging from seven to nine storeys.
The buildings between the railway station and the new east-west street have a retail or commercial ground level and residential above podium level with communal open space.
The buildings north of the new east-west street are residential.
