Stage 3 at Woolooware Bay Town Centre is a highly contextual design that maximises the opportunities of this direct waterfront location. It’s fine grain urban design creates a strong sense of place within this new emerging precinct. Stage 3 comprises 238 apartments in 4 buildings of 8 to 15-storeys. While the architecture is familial with the other stages within the masterplan, the design allows for a diversity of styles.
The lower levels comprise a formal two-storey colonnade, which gives the street level apartments a strong individual character. The upper levels feature a series of dynamic angled building forms that capture views across Woolooware Bay towards the city. A signature rooftop function facility features external terraces and a north-facing infinity-edge swimming pool.
Materials are selected from a warm natural palette that references the coastal location, including sandstone and timber. Facilities on the site enhance the liveability of the development, and the ground floor commercial spaces and public parks respond to the desired future character for the precinct improving the amenity of the area for residents and the broader community.
