The mixed-use development comprises 420 apartments with 3,700sqm of commercial and 1,000sqm of retail. It is sited at a prominent location within the Golden Mile and will serve as a landmark on the approach into London from the west.

The proposal draws inspiration from the existing brick buildings and street network within the Conservation Area to the south as well as the dramatic Wallis House 1930s Art Deco building further along the motorway to the west.

The street to the south is defined and activated by a single-storey podium with 7-storeys of residential above. The retail addresses the game-day requirements of the new Brentford FC stadium adjacent to the site as well as the local community.

A 4-storey commercial podium acts as a buffer to the motorway to the north, above which sit two towers of 16- and 14-storeys as a marker for the area.

The residential accommodation is set within three articulated bar-form buildings, each with two cores. Generous courtyards and roof terrace provide outlook and active communal open space.

The apartments are divided between 50% affordable rent/shared ownership tenure and 50% market apartments for sale.
