The Address, designed by Turner, is comprised of 4 project stages that figuratively move from the mountains to the bay. (Atlas, Taiga, Savannah and Yukon)
Yukon, being the bay zone, has been abstractly interpreted in the landscape design, the building form and the palette of colours and materials used, such as a fusion of light & shade, rich textures and natural tones.
A comprehensive signage and way-finding system has been designed as an extension of the branding through the architecture and the built environment.
Rich materials define the Yukon logo in the lobbies while a range of super-graphics symbols act as way-finding installations in the car park area.
A unique signage family provides guidance for The Address inhabitants and creates balance and harmony through the usage of elegant typefaces and refined forms
