This design is a major piece of urban design that will transform a key hub within the heart of St Leonards. Located to the east of the Forum Development/St Leonards Station the development consists of a 36-storey tower comprising of 30 levels of residential apartments on a podium of five storeys of commercial offices above a ground floor of retail premises and lobbies.
In addition to the tower, the development includes an upgrade of Christie St Reserve (by Scott Carver Landscape) with a design that creates a thru site link. Its curvilinear organic form will permit physical and visual permeability on all sides. The greenery of the park is extended up the façade of the podium with extensive balcony planters.
The compact floorplate with just 8 apartments per level results in a slender elegant tower form. The design concept has been to create tower form with a singular expression that has a distinctive silhouette on the skyline of St Leonards.
